Attorney Kevin M. Smith has been an attorney with Smith and Schultz, PLC since 1981. Since 1985, he has provided criminal representation for clients up to and including Class B Felonies through the Macomb County Judicial Aide Criminal Attorney Appointment Program. He also participates in criminal case assignments through various District Courts in Macomb and Wayne Counties. He is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. His practice areas include: personal injury, probate, estate planning, civil litigation, real estate issues and contracts. Additionally, Kevin represents clients in Driver’s License Restoration Hearings in front of the Secretary of State and in Circuit Court.
