Attorney Kathleen S. Schultz has been a partner at Smith and Schultz,
PLC since 1978. She represents clients in a variety of general legal
matters, including: personal injury, family law, probate, real estate,
workers’ compensation, business law and civil litigation; with a
particular focus on counseling clients in matters of adoption and
social security disability. Ms. Schultz also provides legal
representation to a local school district. She is admitted to practice
law in all courts in the State of Michigan and in the United States
District Court and the Court of Claims.
